Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of digital educational resources on the CuriaVia Marketplace, with or without a subscription to the CuriaVia app.
Prices and payment
Prices include taxes. Payment is handled by a secure provider; the order is only confirmed once the provider confirms the payment.
Access to digital content
A purchased resource belongs to the household that bought it: every child in the household may use it, without resale or redistribution. It remains available even if the CuriaVia family subscription is cancelled.
Withdrawal and refunds
By requesting immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge the rules applicable to the right of withdrawal for digital content. Refund cases will be detailed in the final version.
